    Мы отдыхали семьей на новогодних каникулах. Отель превзошел наши ожидания. Все на высшем уровне!! особенно благодарим Евгения, он настолько грамотно, четко и профессионально нам помог во всем, что хочется приехать снова и снова. Номер нам дали больше, чем мы ожидали. Сам отель находится в удобном месте. Все было близко.

    A great Christmas holiday stay

    Overall a great stay during the Russian Christmas holiday period. The room was refurbished to a good standard... and only a couple of nights were disturbed by noisy parties late into the night.... but is was Christmas and New Year! Definitely improved from a couple of years ago.

    Замечательный отель, очень хорошее обслуживание. Белье меняли очень часто, очень хорошее белье. Находится рядом с музеем Канта и недалеко от центра.Хорошее обслуживание.

    Beautiful property in the best location with 5 min walking distance to Konigsberg Cathedral with a lot of shops, boat trips excursions around. Amazing spa on the territory of tge hotel with 5 different saunas, but keep in mind the entrance to the spa complex is free only from 7am to 2pm, after 2 pm you will beed to pay for spa use ( 900 rubles for hotel guests, it is about $15 with current exchange rate). Also excellent breakfast with a lot of food options( try local fish, it is just amazing). The only downside of the hotel are very small beds ( twin beds) , a tall person would have hard time to fit, so do t book twin beds room. The rest was really good.

    This is obviously the best hotel in Kaliningrad- perfect location, very nice staff, spa. It is sparkling clean, lots of restaurants around.
