    J'ai beaucoup apprécié cet hôtel pour la qualité de la prestation, la proximité Gare de Lyon

    L'accueil personnalisé est top, très chaleureux et bienveillant. Le personnel est serviable et souriant. L'équipement de la chambre est de bonne qualité et la propreté des lieux est appréciable. Le Service conciergerie pour les bagages est très pratique.

    Good location but I wouldn’t return

    The location was good, near the metro station

    The room was dark, only one spot on the ceiling and very small. We could not open our suitcases. There is no freeze and nov plug in the bathroom. The elevator opens directly at the stairs between two floors and it is very difficult to take you luggage out and carry them up or down at the stairs.

    L'emplacement et l'amabilité du personnel

    L'ascenseur, totalement I adapté aux personnes ayant des difficultés de déplacement. Non seulement difficile. Mais dangereux.
