Férias dos sonhos em Santiago!
O café da manhã era excelente, inclusive com itens para veganos e dietas com restrição a açúcar. A acomodação muito boa. A localização é otima; o Hotel é próximo de estação de metro, de um grande shopping, de bares e restaurantes e do Sky Costanera. Além de ser possível caminhar até o Cerro de San Cristóbal. Todos os funcionários muito atenciosos. Pretendemos voltar!

Worked for our trip in Santiago
Lovely breakfast and staff.
It wasn’t quite as fancy as we thought it would be and the laundry was very expensive, we had to find a local launderette so save money!

A great hotel with extremely helpful staff in the centre of the city
The hotel is very centrally located only a few minutes' walk to the Costanera Centre and within an easy walk to the Cable Car up San Christobal also close to the Metro. The Staff were extremely helpful and very attentive. Would definitely stay there again

BOM, mas, poderia ser ótimo!
Quarto bom, roupas de cama boas, Chuveiro ótimo; assim como limpeza.
Fiquei 7 dias hospedada e a piscina e hidromassagem NÃO FUNCIONARAM!!!!. Solicitei desde o primeiro dia, falaram que iam consertar, o que não ocorreu. Lamentável! Não voltarei a ficar nesse hotel. Não o considero 4 estrelas de jeito nenhum; no máximo 3!
