Perfect location but room very noisy
Location is perfect; Staff members are very helpful and excellent.
NOISE NOISE NOISE. Our room facing the piazza is very noisy. The lousy and noisy music won’t stop until 0030 am (with happy birthday tunes going on for half an hour at full blast).

Location couldn't be better. The decor and style of the hotel are absolutely exceptional. Staff is very helpful
Only 1 thing and this is me being petty 😄 i know there are free coffee and teas for everyone on 4 floor near reception, but I would like to have a kettle in the room to make a hot drink rather than going somewhere

Incredible location with a very helpful staff. Would stay here again.
The location was incredible. Centrally located within walking distance of all the major options. The breakfast was amazing and had everything you could have wanted to include gluten free options.
