The location was extraordinary, in the Dolomites. Having a room balcony facing the view was a delight. The staff were extra helpful, polite and cheerful. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious - an excellent start to our day.
Small issue. The dinner offered was fairly expensive. Unfortunately, there was a mix up with the courses arriving, and my wife and I received only one course each instead of two. Fortunately the courses were large, so we dined well. But this made the meal more expensive for what we actually received.

Fiz a reserva erradamente para 2 noites meia pensão, não reembolsaram a noite extra, tudo bem, mas também pagámos comida que não comemos, taxas de noite extra que não dormimos, e não tivemos qualquer tipo de atenção ou consideração...além disso o Room service abriu a porta do quarto as 8h30 da manhã quando no estávamos a preparar para sair. A comida é razoável o pequeno almoço pouco variado e só tem uma máquina de bebidas para o hotel inteiro, não acho normal num hotel com um investimento daquela dimensão.

Gute Lage
Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, auch der Wellness-Bereich, dort sind teilweise Dinge nicht nutzbar. Im Speisesaal flogen Motte umher.Und sie waren abends auf dem Vorspeisenbuffet und es kam eine Motte beim Frühstücksbüffet aus dem Müsli, den Cia-Samen. Das Problem wurde vom Personal nicht ernst genommen nach Hinweis. Es hieß man könne nichts machen gegen Fliegen, offenbar ist der Unterschied zwischen Fliegen und Lebensmittelmotten nicht bekannt. Gemüse am Frühstücksbuffet war auch nicht frisch, es gab teilweise schimmelige Tomaten.
