    Saw mice in the breakfast

    Ubicación

Very unpleasant experience – Mouse in the hotel I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay. While having breakfast, I saw a mouse inside the hotel. I was absolutely shocked and disgusted. What makes it even worse is that the night before, I had heard noises in my room that sounded like a mouse, although at the time I thought I might have imagined it. Seeing an actual mouse the following morning made the whole experience even more disturbing. Regardless of the hotel’s category or price, basic hygiene should never be compromised. This is completely unacceptable, especially in a hotel where guests sleep and eat. I left feeling extremely uncomfortable and disappointed. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel.
