The hotel is on Street 14 which is right off the main road with all the restaurants, bars, stores, etc. but far enough (2min walk) that you don't hear the noise. It's also really near one of the streets that takes you to the lake (5min walk) with the lake boardwalk open all day and night. The rooms were very comfortable and had all the needed ammenities. The staff was also very nice. It's also one of the only small-scale hotels with an elevator, which was very helpful when traveling with my parents.
Although the staff was extremely nice, the service was a bit lacking. We ordered some coffee at the restaurant and service items to the rooms, and they didn't arrive until I repeated it to the front desk the next day. My parents also had a difficult time getting their breakfast order correctly. However, I think both of these issues were more due to a language barrier than a lack of wanting to serve correctly. They didn't take away from our experience. I also wished the room had a fridge like posted on the listing.
