    Great staff in Malang.

    The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant team. The shower was lovely and hot. I liked that the hotel was eco friendly and they had water stations on each each level instead of plastic bottles. We really enjoyed the breakfasts, lots of variety was available.

    The hotel is quite out if the way on a busy road, so not that many food options available near by. Cheap grab to city though. The hotel is very tired, with a complete make over required. We had small cracks in. Our bathroom sink..

    Really nice and helpful staff. The hotel was overall nice, the room was clean, and we had a nice view.

    I didn’t like that the towels smelled like they had been used before. There was a very bad smell.
