    Fabulous stay as always

    Location and above all the cleanliness. The room size is comfortable. Surrounded with convenient shops within walking distance. The staff are helpful and always the small effort to make guest welcome eg. welcome drink and refreshing towel at the reception and free can drinks in mini bar. My place to stay for our visit to St Anne Bukit Mertajam. They will be changing name to new hotel group by end of December 2026. All the best to the management.

    Maybe nicer sofa in Lobby.

    Camere con odore di fumo. Palestra sporca e con macchinari datati.

    Great location and friendly staff

    nice location. great staff. parking was convenient. surrounded with a lot food options. Near to penang bridge with easy access. Overall, would recommended this hotel. Plus renovation works on-going to upgrade.
