  Other than the stair issue, we loved the apartment.

  The views were spectacular and the apartment was clean and spacious. The hostess was responsive.

  Being in out 70's with a few arthritic conditions, it would have been very helpful to know there were 125 stairs to climb to reach the apartment requiring a porter for the larger suitcases some of us brought. The other alternative was an elevator which brought us closer so we only had 60+ steps to climb. Other than the stair issue, we loved the apartment.

  Sehr schön!

  Der wunderbare Balkon! Die Vermieterin ist unglaublich nett; hat uns sogar unten abgeholt! Die Zimmer oben sind total süß, unten ist viel Platz. Die Lage ist super!

  In der Küche kamen immer wieder Ameisen durchs Fenster auf den Herd, weil das Fenster nicht zu schließen war. Die sanitären Anlagen sind schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen.

  Clean and spacious, but very disappointing for the price The apartment itself is clean, spacious and has a beautiful view of the Amalfi Coast. However, there were several issues that significantly affected our stay, especially considering the price we paid. First, you really need to travel very light. Getting to the apartment from the parking area or elsewhere involves a difficult journey with luggage, and with a family it was honestly exhausting. More importantly, the living room and the main bedroom downstairs do not have air conditioning. During our stay, temperatures in Italy were above 40°C, making the downstairs areas extremely uncomfortable and, in our experience, impossible to sleep in. We ended up squeezing ourselves and our children into the upstairs penthouse rooms, where there was one double bed and one single bed, to try to cope with the heat. This was particularly difficult with two adults and children aged 14 and 11. This really messed up our stay and we were terribly uncomfortable. To make matters worse, at around midnight on our checkout day, the Wi-Fi stopped working, which was another inconvenience when we were trying to prepare for our departure. The excuse we got was sorry this happened and no one is available to fix it in August! Overall, while the apartment is clean, spacious and offers a lovely view, we did not feel that it offered good value for the price we paid. The lack of air conditioning in the main living and sleeping areas was a major issue during such extreme summer temperatures, and the difficult access added to the inconvenience. The view is beautiful, but for us, that alone did not justify the price or the overall experience.
