    Clean, great size and location - requires some repairs

    The size of the apartment is great. We were in Room 2. The living room with the kitchen is like 30 square meters. There is a bathroom next to it. There is a separate bedroom, which is also quite big. The design is Ok. It is in a rather modern building with a lift (elevator for Americans ;) ). There were a couple of "hiccups" when we arrive, but the very friendly and helpful owner fixed the problems quickly. They offer a couple of parking spaces in an underground garage (not suitable for big cars).

    Ok... I have to say that overall we enjoyed staying at this property, but there are a few issues that I have to mention. Each room in Room 2 has it's own AC unit outside the building - attached to the wall. Both make a lot of noise - expecially the one connected to the living room. You just can't sleep when the AC is on because the noise wakes you up every 20 minutes or so. So loud! A window was unhinged and barely hanging in it's place in the bathroom. The owner said that the previous guests damaged it and told us to leave it as is - it still didn't feel right. The shower door was missing - not a big deal, but also shows that some repairs are needed. There are two separate AC units (one in the living room and one in the bedroom) - there is only one remote for both - you have to share it. There are two TVs (again - one in the living room and one in the bed room), but there is only one remote available. That place use to be one big appartment, but now it is split into Room 1 and Room 2. The dividing wall isn't soundproof, so we could hear the other guests from Room 1 when they were returning drunk at night - they were waking us up. And finally... the sofabed in the living room requires a replacement... it is barely hanging on - it will collapse one day. I think it is about time to invest some money into repairs in the appartment (Room 2).
