Alt var fantastisk. Fin atmosfære og personale som gjorde sitt beste for at oppholdet ble som du kunne ønske deg. Tradisjonell japansk frokost servert ved eget bord sto klart på avtalt tid. Datter med cøliaki fikk glutenfri frokost. Rommet mye bedre enn på bildet.

One of the more expensive places I stayed on this trip, despite the lack of cleanliness and comfort
Staff was nice, The property was well located in Kyoto and the breakfast was a very cool authentic experience
My party arrived at 5pm, check in was at 3pm, when we checked in and got to the room they were still cleaning it. But once they left, the room was not clean and they never mentioned they needed more time. There was a pee spot in the bathroom and dust on the tables. The futons were uncomfortable (though that can just be a general thing about futons). Also when I sat in one of the chairs by the window, I got scratched on my shoulder by a piece that had been busted through (it was metal and pointing straight out though in not sure it was part of a nail or a staple)
