    Budynek znajduje się kilkanaście metrów od wybrzeża Atlantyku i słynnego mola. Do centrum rzut beretem, obiekt ma swoje lata, ale jest bardzo czysto. Można zaparkować samochód na dziedzińcu, za ogrodzeniem i zamykana bramą.

    Czuć nieco wilgocią w pokoju, ale nie ma się co dziwić biorąc pod uwagę sąsiedztwo oceanu.
