An amazing inn that was the highlight of our trip to Kyoto.
The Jeugiya Inn was a breathtaking stay in a very convenient area in Kyoto that was close to shopping, dining, temples, and more. Jeugiya was beautifully preserved through generations and the history behind the inn and its belongings were both unique and thoughtful. Sei-san, Masumi-san, and Bun-san took care of us during the stay and were wonderful hosts who ensured that we had everything we needed for the perfect stay. Masumi-san prepared two different Japanese breakfasts for us that we will continue to dream about long after we leave Japan. Masumi-san’s mochi desert was also incredible. The living and restroom spaces for the inn were pristinely kept and the room itself was so quiet and tranquil. The garden and courtyard were also serene and were a treat to experience. We hope that we can return to Kyoto to stay at Jeugiya in the future and we highly recommend staying here for the perfect Kyoto experience. Arigato!

Un moment très agréable dans une merveilleuse maison traditionnelle
L’authenticité des lieux, la gentillesse et l’attention des hôtes, le calme, la localisation. L’excellent petit déjeuner. Vivre l’expérience unique d’un quotidien dans une maison japonaise traditionnelle. En insistant sur l’accompagnement la douceur et la délicatesse de la famille.
