    Bien déçue malgré un très bon accueil

    L'emplacement est vraiment bien et le personnel très gentil, professionnel et à l'écoute.

    L'odeur de la chambre (le renfermé) Ce n’était pas nickel avec des tâches, traces et autres sur le mur. Des poils et cheveux également au niveau du lit et de la salle de bain. Impossible de fermer le clapet de la baignoire pour faire un bain et la chasse d’eau coulait en permanence ce qui fait du bruit la nuit. La télé ne captait pas bien. Bref, à plus de 300 euros la nuit, c’est tout bonnement loin d’être à la hauteur.

    Parfait pour un voyage d'affaire ou un moment entre amoureux.

    L'accueil dans cette hôtel est vraiment au top, toutes les personnes qui travaillent pour l'établissement sont serviables et agréables, elles ont le sens du service client. L'accueil personnalisé avec un petit mot bien tourné à l'arrivée.

    Les lits jumeaux et le fait que l'insonorisation des chambres ne soit pas vraiment efficace.
