Karawan Riad is a peaceful and beautiful haven in an intense and fascinating city.
This is a beautiful Riad! It's in the medina but very easy to get out of it and to a main street for walking and taxis to other areas of the city. The room was comfortable and very quiet and the common areas were peaceful- a wonderful respite from the hectic vibe of the medina. The rooftop restaurant/lounge/bar was special and we ate there 3 of the 4 nights of our stay. The food was very good and the ambience and view were wonderful. Staff were very attentive.

This place is a real gem
This is a beautiful riad with exceptional service. The spaces, decor, open courtyard, rooftop views are all just exceptional. Highly recommend!

Decepcionante de más!
Las vistas desde la terraza de arriba. El salón de entrada.
Muy por debajo de lo esperado y excesivamente caro Nuestra experiencia fue muy decepcionante. Las habitaciones son amplias, pero poco confortables, desangeladas y con sensación de estar anticuadas. El baño no estaba suficientemente limpio, desprendía mal olor y, durante nuestra estancia, incluso encontramos cucarachas, algo absolutamente impropio de un establecimiento que pretende ofrecer una experiencia de cierto nivel. El acceso por las escaleras es muy incómodo, especialmente viajando con equipaje, y condiciona bastante la llegada y la salida. La experiencia gastronómica tampoco estuvo a la altura. La cena fue muy decepcionante y varios platos llegaron fríos. El desayuno nos pareció bastante corriente y muy alejado de lo que esperábamos por categoría y precio. En conjunto, nos pareció un alojamiento muy caro para la calidad, el mantenimiento, la limpieza y el servicio ofrecidos. No entendemos las excelentes valoraciones que habíamos visto antes de reservar, porque nuestra experiencia fue completamente distinta. Lamentablemente, no volveríamos.
