Very disappointing stay—not worth the money, and I would not recommend this property.
The location was acceptable, but overall the stay was disappointing and did not meet our expectations.
The cleanliness and comfort were very poor. The bedding had visible stains and dark spots, which raised concerns about hygiene. The room did not feel clean or comfortable enough for the price we paid. Overall, the facilities and condition of the property did not justify the cost.

A memorable experience
Good location, excellent rooms, hot water, excellent food, lovely view from the Signature rooms.
I feel the rooms are a bit far from the dining facilities. This is probably because I am not able to walk long distances. Staff for breakast are not experienced as before in meeting the needs of customers. They can be trained some more

It was pleasant and beautiful, enjoyed every bit of it.
The staff was really helpful and good, they were polite and obliged to all our requests, without even asking they arranged a cake for my wife's b'day as a surprise which was really sweet.
The food was slightly expensive but it was really good.
