Avoid...unreliable
Department were ok facilities...that' only good thing.
We received check-in infos late and they were unsharped. Keybox broken and front door key missing. Totally unacceptable contacting to Landlady. Twice she gave wrong number and never answer calls. Mail responding also ultimate slow. Department wasn't cleaned, old dishes in dishwasher. Latest there were water leak. Landlady even then dare to apologies or respond. He sent some pipebuilder from Tallinn! Take perhaps 5-6 hours. So water just leaks!!! We also visiting her restaurant nearby, Hoov. She were there but escape when we asked waiter to meet us. Absolutely embassing!

Квартира не оправдала ожиданий
Первое впечатление было хорошим, когда заходишь, то видно, что квартира красивая и с необычным интерьером, большой стол и много стульев.
Чистота оставляет желать лучшего, в душе валялась пустая банка из под джина, посуду приходилось перемывать, чтобы ей воспользоваться. Самой большой проблемой оказалось отсутствие горячей воды, а мы приехали с детьми, слава богу только на одну ночь, посудомойка текла, в квартире ковровое покрытие, пол прям хлюпал, сами закрутили кран под раковиной, чтобы не капало, владелец отвечал очень долго, обещали положить коврик какой-то, чтобы было хотя бы приятно ходить, но нет. Кофемашина не работала. Не была приготовлена кровать для детей, а их было 4 с собой. Владелец предложила скидку в их кафе, но хотелось бы компенсацию за жилье, тк квартира просто в ужасном состоянии и оставаться там не рекомендуем никому, ну или если владельцы полностью приведут все в порядок и наведут полнейшую чистоту.

No warm water, leaky dishwasher and faucet. Lack of communication with the staff (no responses received)
