    Emplacement idéal près de la gare. Logement spacieux. Vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Quartier calme. Hôte disponible, accueillante, très flexible, qui donne de très bons conseils pour les visites. Possibilité de louer un parking pas loin.

    Attention, l'appartement est situé au 5e étage sans ascenseur. Pas de bouilloire. Lave vaisselle non fonctionnel au moment où nous y étions. Matériel pour cuisiner un peu spartiate et vaisselle pas très propre.

    Un coup de cœur!

    Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour à La Spezia. L’hôte a été exceptionnelle : accueillante, généreuse et très accommodante. Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu et elle nous a reçus avec une grande gentillesse, allant même jusqu’à nous offrir de la focaccia de la boulangerie locale. Le logement était parfait : propre, spacieux, belle vue et idéalement situé à 10 minutes à pied de la gare pour les Cinque Terre.

    Situació molt propera a estació. Ideal per poder agafar tren a Cinque Terre.

    Entorn del barri. Era un quart pis sense ascensor.

    Appartamento luminoso e spazioso ,comodo anche per 4 persone. Particolarmente apprezzato ,avendo pernottato in agosto,per la presenza dei climatizzatori. Ottima la posizione,a circa 300 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria,e poco meno di 500 dal centro di La Spezia. Comodo ai servizi ,poiché si hanno market ed alimentari ,a pochi passi ,così come la fermata del bus. Alessia, è una padrona di casa attenta e premurosa ,sempre disponibile x qualsiasi evenienza. CONSIGLIATISSIMO 👍

    Nulla di negativo,se non vi spaventa il 4to piano senza ascensore,
