    I enjoy Williams but hire a few more people

    Good location but it sure seems like the front desk could use more help in the late afternoons and early evening shifts. Lines would form asking questions and the worker was off tending to other .

    The location.

    Value for what we paid. Bathroom needs repairs/updated. Toiletries were lacking. TV didn't work, so we had to get the only person on duty to come to room and switch out the box. Way too much for what we got. Won't stay at this motel again when traveling.

    The staff was wonderful.

    The hot tub was kinda dirty as well as the pool
