  Nice house with nice bedroom. Recliner chair is the best ! Thanks

  The house is equipped with air con and has Great Lake view.

  There is no toilet on the 2nd level. Based on the lake fly around the area, insert screen installed on doors and windows is deem necessary so that the customer can enjoy natural breeze.

  Very comfortable

  The place has a wonderful view of Lake Rotorua and has everything you need for your stay. The beds were comfy as well.

  It gets very hot when the sun is out and is located in an industrial area.

  Pleasant and comfortable 4-nights stay. I'll choose the villa again if I visit Rotorua next time.

  The property is located in a residential area nearby the lake Rotorua. Good view of lake, convenient like 20 mins to the downtown for shopping. The garden is so beautiful with a lovely lemon tree, a tea tree and a tree with elegant repair. All family members like it. A garage is big enough to hold a mini Van with 3rd row. Everything you need for cooking is available in the villa. Beds are soft and the bunk bed is naturally child-welcomed.

  Not even a dirt. Everything is perfect.

  Great stay and would book again.

  Plenty of room for two couples and the view from upstairs was beautiful! Cooling facilities were also very good!

  Comfortable house with plenty of space

  The property was on northside of Rotorua with lake views and no thermal smells, the beds and pillows were so comfortable I have never slept so well. The property had everything we could need, great kitchen, parking in the garage and a dryer which came in handy. Main bedroom had an ensuite so it was good having more than one bathroom. The bedding was so warm we didn't need the spare blanket. There were 2 living areas upstairs so places for people to sit away from sat other and chill if they wanted.

  It was a bit cold downstairs in the evening in winter if you were not in bed. But the bedding was super warm.
