Perfect location, comfortable spaces, and great terrace
The location is ideal, in an area that feels more local than the high-tourist concentration just across the Arno. We were first met by Stefano, the charming and attentive doorman, who told us about the building's history and gave us recommendations. Our local contact was quick to respond and worked hard to allow an early check-in. The terrace is great for morning coffee and afternoon drinks with corner views of the Duomo, a slice of the Arno, and Firenze rooftops. Loved the real lemon tree topiaries. The apartment's bedrooms are spacious and there's an interesting selection of art and culture books.
They did not tell us there was ongoing restoration to the building's side, and so in the early morning, workers were right outside the kitchen window and hammering. The bathrooms are not attached to the bedrooms, or they are shared. Some of the stovetop burners did not work. Pillows a little flat.

Beautiful stay in luxury apartment
The property was beautiful, in a great location and a terrace to die for. The views were incredible. Maria was so welcoming and helpful.
