Please note that a photo identification and the credit card used to make the reservation will be requested upon check-in. The name on the credit card must match the name on the photo ID. Reservations for 3 or more rooms are subject to special group conditions. The property requires a nonrefundable prepayment equivalent to 50% of the total stay amount, and the guest has 24 hours to confirm and complete this payment from the time they receive the group conditions by email sent by Booking.com. After this deadline, a cancellation request will be submitted to Booking.com.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
