A localização.
Negativa da hospedagem em fornecer o breakfast que havia sido contratado e pago antecipadamente, o acesso às acomodações (local com três lances de escadas estreitas difíceis de carregar bagagens e que, à noite, ficam sem qualquer iluminação), e enxoval da habitação mal cuidado, tendo encontrado a toalha de banho úmida e as fronhas dos travesseiros amarrotadas, com aparência de usadas.

Unrepresentative of what we thought we were getting
We think the location was good.
The property was very different to the photos and the description on booking.com. The room was dated and scruffy. The entrance was through a scruffy courtyard and up 3 flights of stairs with an unstable handrail. We were a little later than expected because of bus problems but the girl who saw us in took about 3 mins to show us around. There was no sign of a mini bar or other hotel facilities. No useful information. We feel that possibly there were more facilities a few years ago and maybe the property has been sold and since then Nothing has been done to keep this property up to date. At the last minute we were informed that the ‘kitchen’ was closed and we wouldn’t be charged or given breakfast. As far as we could see there wasn’t a kitchen. The set up felt very strange.

La cama era demasiado blanda y la limpieza aunque correcta, no era perfecta, hay mugre en la ducha formada hace tiempo. Conviene una limpieza a fondo de la misma.

Das Zimmer hat nur ein kleines Fenster mit Mattglas. Das inbegriffene Frühstück haben wir leider nie erhalten. Auch die versprochene Rückerstattung fürs fehlende Frühstück ist nie angekommen.

We expected much more from this place.
Localisation was nice as well as recommendations made by the owner.
Unfortunately, the hydromassage wasn’t working, and we weren’t informed about it in advance. It was actually the main reason why we booked this place. We also weren’t informed in advance that breakfast would not be available, even though we had booked an option that included breakfast. There were also no glasses, cups, or a wine opener, just an empty fridge.
