Fantastic location right by the beach. Great laid back atmosphere with plenty of lounge seats
Property difficult to find and inside a national park. Water was cut several times and room was not cleaned. Red algues in sea but nothing you can do about that.

Libélula , ideal para desconectar y reconectar 💞
Fue un gran acierto encontrar este lugar! Estuvimos super relajados y disfrutamos mucho. El buen Fidel se lleva la estrella, él estuvo siempre pendiente de lo que se nos ofreciera, hasta le pedimos que si veía tortugas en la noche nos despertara y así hizo! Fue una experiencia increíble. El señor José Manzur también muy atento y cordial. La cama de la habitación de las más cómodas! Y las almohadas también súper cómodas. El último día nos tocó la playa súper limpia y sin sargazo, hay un par de gatitos hermosos! 😍.
Los baños no ofrecen mucha privacidad y aunque fui con mi pareja era bastante incómodo entrar al sanitario. Lidiamos bastante con los horarios de agua y luz para bañarnos, sin embargo Fidel nos ayudaba siempre a que se solucionaran.

Bien mais quelques soucis qui aurait pu faire que c’était bien.
La sympathie de l’équipe de l’hôtel et la vue de la chambre malgré les algues.
L’eau coupé dans la chambre. Nous l’ouvrions et fermé à nos besoins. Manque de clarté au niveau du nom de l’hôtel. Mettre le nom de l’hôtel sur la porte au minimum ! Beaucoup d’algues sur la plage pas possible de se baigner.

A vista do quarto era fantástica e a noite de lua cheia foi maravilhosa. O atendimento do pessoal também foi excelente.
A praia estava cheia de sargaço e não dava para entrar no mar nem para caminhar na beira.

Libelula Love
Libelula is a wonderful, comfortable and special place where you can really feel the energy of Tulum’s natural surroundings. It’s a hotel that makes me feel right at home. During my stay, I really enjoyed the surroundings – I even spotted some huge turtles at night!! A unique experience! The rooms are extremely comfortable and give you a sense of luxury whilst being immersed in the jungle. The food is exquisite, made with the finest fresh local products – Mexican cuisine with a gourmet twist that you simply must try. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It’s the best way to experience the real Tulum, waking up to the sun rising over the sea. Thank you for making this a truly memorable experience!
