    Great stay in Bilbao..

    The proximity to the train station, pintxo bar Molinillo next door and the walk-ability to most locations. Also, our room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

    Took some time to access the building, Despite organising an earlier access time, access was not available. This was simply addressed with a message, and no further issues were experienced.

    A modern, clean, spacious and comfortable apartment in the heart of Bilbao on Calle Ledesma, a street lined with great bars and restaurants. Despite the lively atmosphere outside, the apartment was quiet and we couldn't hear any street noise. Access works a little differently than you might expect: there's no reception or on-site staff, and everything is handled via WhatsApp or email. That said, communication was easy, and any issues we had during our stay were sorted quickly. We stayed two nights and it was well set up for a longer stay. We'd happily have stayed longer if we'd had more time in Bilbao. The only downside is that it's on the pricier side, though that reflects the wider Bilbao market, especially on weekends. Overall a thoroughly good stay. Would recommend and would stay again.

    Ottima struttura

    L'appartamento è piccolo ma molto funzionale e dotato di tutto. La posizione è fantastica, ma con il triplo vetro delle finestre non si sente il rumore dei locali che sono sotto. la pulizia è accurata e lo stile molto piacevole. I piccoli kit di accoglienza sono comodissimi per evitare di comprare sale, olio e detersivi per pochi giorni

    il check-in è tutto online anche per l'accesso a casa. E' abbastanza intuitivo, ma vi consiglio di far la registrazione qualche giorno prima di partire nel caso non avete internet sul cellulare all'arrivo. Così avete tutto l'occorrente per l'accesso alla struttura
