  Eine charmante, modern eingerichtete Wohnung in guter Lage mit freundlichem Gastgeber und tollem Preis-Leistungs-Verhält

  Die Wohnung ist sehr süß, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten des Gastgebers, wie eine Flasche Wein im Kühlschrank und ein paar Snacks. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend und Fragen wurden immer schnell beantwortet. Auch die Ausstattung mit Kaffeemaschine war super. Die Lage ist sehr gut: Die Innenstadt ist in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt um die Ecke und auch die Straßenbahn ist fußläufig erreichbar. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

  Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock eines Altbaus und ist über viele Treppen erreichbar. Das Treppengeländer war im oberen Bereich zudem sehr schmal und niedrig, wodurch der Aufstieg etwas unangenehm war. Der Aufzug funktionierte zunächst nicht und machte nach der Reparatur auf uns leider keinen besonders vertrauenserweckenden Eindruck. Das war insgesamt aber kein großes Problem für unseren Aufenthalt.

  Fantastic host, clean and good location.

  Great location, easy to get around! Great amount of space. Super clean. Amazing host with great communication and great hospitality, gave us recommendations and a map. Stored and helped us with our bags.

  The bed wasn’t to our liking, however this is personal preference.

  Amazing stay thank you!

  Absolutely amazing stay thank you!! The loft is in a good location, only a 15-20 minute walk to both the train station and centre. It was really cute, perfect size and has everything you need, kitchen, hob, microwave, kettle, fridge etc, nice bathroom and really comfy bed! There is a sky light to let in light. Thank you for the breakfast items as well! It was a perfect base for our trip exploring Florence and the nearby cities and towns. I highly recommend!!!

  Unimpressed.

  Nicely decorated apartment in interesting old building

  Girl in charge of letting us in kept us waiting outside in 37 degrees for at least 20 minutes despite having arranged a time for us to be there. Up lots of stairs, I mean Lots,had a lift that was so old and slow that it was faster to stagger up the stairs . Windowless small cave, but being a loft, a HOT cave, AC was running 24 hours a day but struggled to get the room below 27 degrees. Not really in town. Last year I stayed just south of the river in an old convent?, better ac and cheaper with way more character.
