    Beautiful sunsets and sea view.

    Andrew was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Fantastic sea views! Close to the lovely beach. Shops within walking distance.

    No bar fridge in the room. Shower difficult to regulate temperature. Chairs need hoovering.

    A convenient location for exploring Newquay, but the cramped room, limited parking and facilities me

    The location was ideal for exploring Newquay on foot. The beach, bars and restaurants were all within approximately a 10-minute walk. There was also a convenient local Spar on the corner, with Sainsbury’s only about five minutes away.

    The room felt far too cramped for four adults, all aged over 60, and we felt that more suitable alternative accommodation could have been offered. Parking was extremely limited, and we were concerned that if we moved the car, we might not find a space again. As a result, we left the car parked and explored the local area on foot. The sea view from our window was very restricted. The advertised shortcut to the beach was not accessible because the path beyond the property was overgrown. No breakfast was available on site, and overall, the accommodation did not fully match the description or expectations created by the website. Given these issues, we remain undecided as to whether the stay represented good value for money.
