    Would recommend this to families and its location and keeping young children occupied. Lots of open space and the beach

    The caravan and the location were ideal for young children. Lots of space outside and things to do. We loved visiting the area in and around Cayton Bay.

    The towels didn’t smell clean and were very small for adults. The bed sheets had a musty smell to them.

    Super modern caravan

    It was a beautiful modern caravan with a large decking, it was spotlessly clean. There was a lovely beach nearby and Scarborough was a short drive away.

    Superb

    Very clean new condition, main bedroom nice. Large terrace. Love the French windows in launch room

    We book for 6 persons and been only set 4beds and we have to improvised. Also we leave nice and clean but hoover will be handy if is there.

    Excellent stay, great for families!

    Great caravan, very clean and much nicer than what we would’ve got by booking direct with Parkdean. Entertainment on the park was great (additional costs for passes for swimming/evening entertainment) and park facilities were great for kids. Will definitely rebook if we return to this area again.
