    Ориентир на клиента отсутствует

    Ехали из Бишкека в Алматы на машине. Остановились где была связь. Забронировали апартаменты. Созвонились. Договорились что приедем в 00.00 часов. Как заехали в город пришло сообщение что бронирование отменено из-за того что я не внёс предоплату в течении 30 мин после разговора. Что конечно это не обсуждалось, и пока мы ехали, был выставлен счёт для предоплаты на банк которым я не пользуюсь. По итогу приехали, человек принципиально не выходил на связь, хотя на букинге квартира была свободна. Клиенториентированность глубоко на дне. Оно и к лучшему, что нас уберегли от такого знакомства

    Compact Apartment with good amenities

    The apartment had all the amenities we needed, and having a washing machine was especially handy. There is a supermarket and café nearby which is handy. The nearest metro station is around a 20-minute walk away. This wasn’t an issue for us as we enjoy walking, but it may feel a little far for some guests. That said, the apartment is only a few metro stops from the city centre, so getting into town was still relatively convenient. Communication with the host was smooth and easy throughout .

    The apartment itself is quite small, especially for two people, so it may feel a little cramped for a longer stay. The shower drainage also wasn’t working particularly well, so we had to keep our showers quite short to avoid the water overflowing into the shower area.

    Cute and clean studio

    Clean and cute little place to stay and recharge. Have all the amenities we need for a short stay. We had some problem looking for the right door and access code but the host is very responsive and we solve it immediately.
