The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport and plenty of shops and supermarkets within walking distance. The house is clean and comfortable, and the neighbourhood is pleasant and peaceful. The owner is also responsive. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to stay in Almaty
Amazing communication with a host. The check in is automatic with the key box, so very convenient if coming late or super early. The apartment has everything you need: washing mashing, stove for cooking, fridge, air conditioner. It’s exceptionally clean and made in a way that brings comfort. The bed was great for sleep. It’s a quiet area and most importantly walking distance to the very center. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much! Truly recommended!
