    I would absolutely stay here again.

    It was wonderful to stay in a home vs a hotel. It felt more comfortable and there was additional space for our son and his friend. The owner was exceptionally kind and very responsive to a message. She met us when we arrived to review how to use the AC, TV, bathrooms lights, fans, etc. she also met us when we were checking out. It was close enough to walk to the Main Street and far enough away to enjoy the quiet neighborhood.

    I can’t think of anything. It was an excellent property and had everything we needed.

    Beautiful and peaceful stay in Kyoto!

    Beautiful Japanese townhouse. Excellent facilities through and through. The owner was really kind and showed us around the house when we had some trouble operating the Japanese facilities. The rooms were very comfortable and everything was laid out for us. The washing machine and dryer combo was very convenient. You can store your luggage here a few hours before check-in, just remember to let the owner know ahead of time. Location was also great, very quiet with minimal traffic.
