The apartment is located at a quiet block, well equipped, close to city center, walkable to most of the tourist spots in Almaty. Also, a very reasonable price!!
Cash payment is a bit inconvenient, but the owner had informed me several days before my stay. Overall, advantages outweigh disadvantages. I highly recommend this apartment!!

旅店门口标识不太清楚，我是晚上到的，找了好一会。建议提前联系房东，看清楚位置。房间里可以做饭，有冰箱洗衣机等，整体比较方便。和房东反馈热水有问题也及时得到解决。好评

Nice place in Almaty
Great location, between major city parks, close to restaurants and shopping. The owner and staff were all highly flexible and accommodating, they made us a printout of our Uzbek e-Visa. Having a washing machine and a complete kitchen, however small, makes a big advantage compared to a hotel.
Using three independent pin codes and two different systems for the door locks seems very complicated. You absolutely have to write everything down not to forget and risk being locked out.
