    Quando eu decidi me hospedar, eu estava com medo devido um monte de avaliacoes negativas, mas graças a Deus tive uma experiencia incrivel. Os funcionarios foram muito prestativos, nos explicaram muita coisa, buscaram primeiro nossa bagagem para a gente poder explorar kurokawa tranquilo ate a hora do check in quando nos buscaram de novo. As instalacoes sao modernas, confortaveis, o kaiseki foi muito bom e atenderam o pedido da minha esposa que nao come carne crua. Foi incrivel e espero um dia poder voltar.

    Nous avons adoré le calme des lieux, la taille de l'hébergement ainsi que la finesse des saveurs de la cuisine. La terrasse et le onsen privatif de notre chambre.

    Friendly staff, clean, private hot spring water bath, terrace

    We felt it was overpriced for what it was, both the room and the dinner. The room was spacious, but quite dark. We booked the Japanese style room but received the western style even though the place didn’t appear to be busy.
