    Nothing was good about property

Our experience at Lucas Oasis Student Apartment was disappointing. The listing did not clearly provide important details about the property. Although payment was stated to be made at the property, we received repeated messages asking us to pay before arrival. When we arrived, we were surprised to find that the apartment was on the third floor with no lift. This was not clearly mentioned in the listing. When we raised this with the property, we were told there was no ground-floor alternative, but no refund or even a partial goodwill refund was offered. The location was also much less convenient than expected and quite far inside from the main area. Overall, we feel the listing should have provided clearer and more accurate information so guests can make an informed decision before booking.
