We booked LuLeccio the same day we arrived in Lecce, due to our prior accommodation was cancelled. Roberto immediately came to meet us at his most beautiful magical building of 9 units. Roberto totally restored the building and it is so evident he did it with great love of his culture. We were so comfortable , the place is immaculate, bright, clean and he offers a delicious breakfast. On the roof top we watch the sunset and it was the best day to end our day of site seeing before we left for dinner.

La situation géographique à Lecce. Malheureusement, cet unique point positif ne compense absolument pas les nombreux désagréments rencontrés.
Séjour extrêmement décevant pour 550,20 € les deux nuits ! À 65 et 67 ans, nous avons dû emprunter un escalier très raide et étroit pour accéder au lit, sans pouvoir monter nos valises. Toilettes du bas cassées et inutilisables, fixation métallique dangereuse au pied de l'escalier, robinetterie de douche décollée du mur, absence d'eau chaude un matin et odeurs insoutenables d'eaux usées dans les deux salles de bains. Aucun Internet pendant le séjour, aucune armoire, traces de gras sur la tête de lit et aucune véritable réception. Parking public payé 30 €, avec des horaires incompatibles avec notre départ matinal. Petit-déjeuner facturé mais non consommé. Aucun geste commercial. Un établissement dont l'état et les équipements soulèvent de sérieuses questions de sécurité et d'hygiène. Nous le déconseillons vivement, particulièrement aux personnes âgées.

Staff were extremely helpful, providing recommendations and help with bags. The location was perfect and close to parking which the staff helped us arrange before we arrived for ease.
