cosy, secured place, needs more cleaning

location, cosy, spacious, reasonable price; large fridge

kitchen and CRs are not parkling clean; some cockroaches in the kitchen; tiles are with stains that can be easily removed to make it cleaner; microwave is full of rusts, dangerous to use; some parquet floor tiles are broken and can seriously hurt the feet

    Not the place.

Location was okay and the lady we met was very nice.

The master bedroom had a musky smell, description of the smell is like a wet rag. The bathroom had mildew or mold but I think it was mold. We barely could sleep because the smell was terrible we open all the windows and door. We should have inspected the room when we got it. However, we only had one day. So, we got the keys looked real quick and left. We came back very late and noticed all the issues. Then left at 7:30am. Baguio was great though.
