    Highly recommended property but bookings.com must up their game.

    The property is amazing for a secluded break. Beautifully furnished, clean and the host is great. An amazing deck and braai area with a full external bath and shower on the one side.

    My only criticism is not about the property or host. It's the inaccurate bookings.com info at search / selection stage. We chose this property as bookings.com indicated it was 12km from Woodridge College. It's not and is actually a +-30 min drive. This inconvenienced our weekend somewhat.

    WOW! JUST WOW!!

    I absolutely loved the view the most. What an amazing weekend away. Loved that we were immersed in nature and away from all our troubles. Our host was friendly and so helpful as well. The accommodation was beautiful and clean, definitely ready for our family to take over and enjoy our getaway trip.

    I don't have issues to present.

    Stunningly beautiful home away from home

    Beautifully decorated chalet and well stocked cupboards with all the essentials. They had everything we needed including firewood we just needed to bring our own groceries. Wonderful hosts. Stunningly beautiful setting with views. Very peaceful with different spots in and out the house to view nature. Not too far from the beach.

    The fireplace didn’t work well for us. It was very very smoky, could be the chimney is blocked. We found maneuvering out of the gate a bit tricky.

    So peaceful and an amazing getaway. Definitely recommend for longer stays, you'll want to stay longer! Facilities were amazing and the cottage was very comfortable. Strong wifi. A great place if you want to visit PE but stay out of the city in a quiet and peaceful place. Would definitely visit again!

    The fireplace chimney was blocked, it didn't circulate air well and made the house very smokey. The wood was also quite wet. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low and the pillows were very soft (but that's up to personal preference).

    Amazing location right in nature with a beautiful view. The house has everything you need. Host helping and responds right away. The best braai place with a lot of wood stocked. One note: best having an SUV as there is quite a long dirt road to the premises as well as a downhill dirt road to the cottage. Might be a struggle in a sedan.
