    Pleasant apartment, pity about the owners!

    The apartment was clean, compact and quite well equipped.

    The owners! They avoided any contact with us despite the apartment being directly beneath their home. On the penultimate afternoon they had been working in the garage next to out apartment and made considerable noise, however on the final morning we were awoken before 8am by drilling, hammering and general building noise from the other side of the living room wall. On investigation it became apparent that planned renovation work was being undertaken and the owners had made no attempt to apologise for, or even forewarn us of, any disturbance. They were nowhere to be seen prior to our departure. I felt that they treated us with a singular lack of respect!
