    The staff was always friendly and helpful. The facilities were very nice. The food was delicious. The continental breakfast that was included with our stay had yogurt/granola, coffee, juice, and toast with jam. You could also order additional breakfast from the menu (~330mex). The dinner food was yummy too, especially the shrimp tacos, beet salad, and pizza. We really enjoyed having the kitchenette in the room. We also really appreciated the full water dispenser each day so we could keep hydrated without buying a bunch of plastic bottles!

    We would have liked to be able to just add eggs to the continental breakfast for a small fee. The sargasso seaweed was a bummer, but that's obviously not something the hotel could have controlled! The smell was pretty strong, and we never ended up swimming in the ocean. But there are beautiful cenotes and lagunas nearby to explore! A slightly larger trash can in the room would've been helpful.

    Best place to stay near Tulum

    Wonderful place right on the beach. Hotel room had everything we needed. Staff and service were amazing! Entry path to the hotel was well guarded.

    Staff would sometimes stand in front of your balcony, this takes away the privacy a little.
