A bit worn out. OK but not the cosy retreat I had hoped for. Lots of better options for the price.
Location was convenient. The washing machine worked well.
It wasn’t thoroughly clean. Dust, hair cosmetics under the bed. Curtains are worn and need cleaning. Walls also need scrubbing or repainting. No instructions for stove top. No place to plug in kettle except floor. No instructions for Chinese iron. Holes in ironing board cover.

위치(마야몰 걸어서 5분-10분, 택시타면 오히려 멀어요ㅠ) 깨끗해요(벌레 없어요) 호스트 친절해요 따뜻한물 잘 나와요 배달은 1층에서 찾아갈 수 있어요(그랩, 택배 등)

Great base to enjoy Chiang Mai
The location was fantastic. Located between the Nimman and Old Town district, it made exploring both areas convenient and accessible. The room had all the necessary amenities to support any housekeeping necessities.
The bed was softer than I would prefer, but that’s a personal preference, and I slept well, regardless. There was a hitch figuring out the actual room number, but the host responded immediately.
