Excellent location, large room
The B&B is a no host B&B so there was no onsite staff. The location was outstanding and the room was large and clean.
The bed was a little old and the Italian breakfast required us to make things on our own.

Great location. Allessandro was very professional, kind, and helpful. Clean and boutique style accommodation.
All great. Consider sharing common area with others and hearing them arrive and leave. However, all guests were very respectful.

Location location location! Right on the river & super easy to get everywhere. Comfortable bed, great modern bathroom & loved being able to get our breakfast selection to take back to our room, though you can eat in the communal area if you wish.
The apartment is very dark, but that is just the nature of the building. If you can get a river view room it would be better.

Loved our B&B, loved our hosts, loved our location! Florence is the most beautiful city!
We had the most awesome experience at our B&B Medici Soderini. It was like "home away from home" while traveling. It is located on the first floor of a beautiful historical building next to the Arno River. It includes a lovely shared sitting area with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen loaded with all breakfast amenities. Our Botticelli room was very large with a king bed, very comfortable, with French doors overlooking a sweet courtyard and a beautifully outfitted restroom. We were in a fantastic location in the Oltrarno neighborhood within a walkable distance to all our favorite spots. One of the best things was the friendliness of our hosts, their availability with any and all questions, their suggestions for anything from trattorias, to express clothes cleaners, to an underground archeological site in Piazza della Signoria. They are the best of hosts. Ask them about the history of the building!
The elevator (yes there is one!) was on the small side! But it's one floor up, so no worries! Just a reminder, ground floor in Europe is "0".
