  Mi Ca-Sa really felt like home

  Super comfy beds. A well stocked little kitchenette. Hot water! 😁 An attractive courtyard for sitting and gathering. Great location within easy walking distance to the Paseo Montejo. All the Ubers found it easily.

  Some hooks in the bathroom would have been helpful along with some more space to put toiletries. Luggage racks in the bedrooms would be good for keeping bags off the floor.

  A wonderful place to stay

  A lovely quiet clean oasis in Merida. Nelson is so helpful with anything you may need. Comfortable bed. Water provided. Calle47 bars and restaurants just around the corner

  So much better than I expected for the price, Nelson is an excellent manager who made it special.

  This was my 4th, multi-month visit to Merida in 15 years, I have always made it a habit to stay in different areas and to spend 1 month each in different accommodations on every trip. That will not be necessary in the future, I have now found my “home” in Merida, away from the noise of the historic Centro, but close to everything. The Montejo district is my favourite part of Merida and MI CA-SA is steps from the beautiful Paseo, restaurants, museums, bars, parks, laundries, WalMart and the Plaza Grande is a 20 minutes walk away. Nelson is very gracious and is extremely accommodating, he is around every day so he is very available, you can also chat with him on Whatsapp, to help with any issues or to share his extensive local knowledge of Merida and the surrounding area. Technical issues were also dealt with quickly. When I arrived I found small snacks, maps and a copy of Yucatán Today magazine, which lists current events in Mérida, on the table. I think little details like that can make all the difference in a property as it gives you some idea how much the host cares. The apartment was equipped with A/C, a fan, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, pots and pans, a microwave, a toaster oven, a convection stovetop, a coffee maker, spices, and a 20L bottle of water. If there is any thing more that you need, Nelson does his best to provide it for you. The bedrooms have recently been updated with new mattresses and black-out drapes. The Wi-Fi connection is stable and very good. During my visit I stayed in 2 different apartments, I cancelled accommodation at a different property so that I could remain at MI CA-SA for my entire stay. As a solo female senior traveller, I felt very safe and well cared for at MI CA-SA. I really can’t say enough good things about this property, I highly recommend Nelson, and these apartments with absolutely no hesitation.

  Perfekter Gastgeber

  Nelson ist wirklich ein perfekter Gastgeber! Unheimlich freundlich, hilfsbereit u. liebenswürdig. Er spricht sogar fließend deutsch ;-) Mein Apartment war einfach, aber sehr sauber u. hatte alles, was man benötigt. Auch ein 20L Wasserspender steht bei Ankunft bereit, genauso wie kleine Snacks u. eine Ausgabe der Yucatán Today, mit aktuellen Veranstaltungstipps für Mérida. Man merkt an den kleinen Details, dass sich hier jemand wirklich Gedanken macht. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Kiosk schräg gegenüber. Tagsüber hat es sich recht aufgeheizt, aber durch die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer habe ich sehr gut geschlafen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Die Lage ist wirklich gut u. Nelson versorgte mich mit vielen Empfehlungen in allen Bereichen. Ohne dich Nelson, wäre die Unterkunft nicht das, was sie ist - bleib so wie du bist :-) Vielen Dank für alles!

  Very good location in a nice neighbourhood. Nelson is a very friendly and helpful host. We can recommend his place!
