Very good
Nice quiet back street location. But with lots to see and do within walking distance. The information binder provided was great. It gave a quick overview of the local area and what you can see and do. Including bike and kimono hire. While I didn't use it a great deal due to my short stay, I thought it was a great touch.

Great accommodation with amenities and smack dab in the city.
Everything provided for you in the room: soap, shampoo, conditioner, kettle, microwave, stove, and washing machine with dryer machine outside. Heater worked great in the winter. The security was 10/10 with 1 code to enter hallway, and another different code to enter room. Located close to all the restaurants, food stalls, Pokémon center and boujee shops. Train station around 6-8 minute walk away.
Sometimes the water got TOO hot. Like 2nd degree burn kind of hot and it would randomly change on you so careful. Also not the biggest room in terms of 3 people because our luggage took up so much space but that’s more our bad for not packing light.

Convenient for sightseeing shopping near station
The person in charge was very attentive from the time I made the reservation. We had more people traveling and were looking for another hotel. They let me know right away that they had available rooms. Close to Shijo Street. I could see the Gion Festival near the hotel. We had a good travel memory. Thank you for your help.
