    The staff were extremely kind and courteous. Great traditional Japanese experience. Very private feeling - perfect for people who want to keep to themselves while still having an onsen experience.

    The quietness, the room with private onsen was perfect with the river flowing behind (less stress being tattooed), the staff were so helpful and caring... Overall a stunning and perfect retreat.
