Overall experience was not plesant and was not really worth the price we paid.
We were allowed late checkin and late checkout. The hosts were accomodative.
Hosts: They are a busy practicing doctor couple. Hence, responses to questions on booking.com and on whatsapp are limited, slow or not there. Checkin: Arrived late (past midnight). Was asked to pick up keys from security. However, security was not informed / refused and asked us to contact host directly. Cleanliness: House was musty and heavily insect (mainly cockroach) infested. We continued to spray anti-insect sprays, causing discomfort and allergy. Kitchen: Advertised as having a full kitchen. However, ONLY a set of plates and cutlery is usable along with stove. Even microwave was greasy and non-usable. Requests for other things like toaster, was ignored. Bed: Master room bed was really uncomfortable, making a lot of noise, maybe broken on one side. Bathroom: Smelling of sewage (master room). Noise: There was drilling work in the building, causing lots of noise, dust and vibration. Others: Even basic supplies like toiletaries, hand towels, etc. were not provided.

Overall a pleasant experience, having someone to attend to the guests in a timely manner would make the experience even more seamless

In the Hyderabad city this is my all time go to place because the place and the people feels home starting from the cleanliness, utilities, kindness amazing hospitality ✨💯🧿 much recommended. Thanks to the owners and the person who helps with our needs such a sweet person and kind hearted.
