    Great location, unique boutique, fabulous breakfast but could use some updating

    Location was fabulous and walkable to Old Town, Museum Mile and South side. Original character and decor appreciated. Boutique and unique. Outstanding breakfast and afternoon snack.

    The staff was quirky. I think the layout made two staff members suspicious if I was a guest as you cant always see when a guest comes in. One staff member never acknowledged us.

    Historic home offers a comfortable and unique hotel experience.

    Lovely old original Philadelphia home, now a hotel. It is well maintained and clean with appropriate furnishings and linen. Staff is friendly and informed. Breakfast is above average self service.
