Nice house with off street parking however I have a big car and due to neighbours parking on the street across the road it was difficult getting in and out. That was the only problem we had, the house had plenty of space with three decent bedrooms. There is a shop on the street corner and two pubs a bit further down with local takeaways. Close to the tram system, we were there for the rugby weekend so the tram was the best way to travel and it was easy. Overall very good value for money.

Neighbours parking opposite the drive. No other dislikes we would use this property again if we need to be in the area.

    Had what we needed

Had everything we needed for our stay. However there were things that was disappointing.

Bed was broken in main room. I was failing off the bed. House needed cleaning. Garden was overgrown. There is no PlayStation even though advertised. Also dining chairs tops are damaged. The neighbour across the road had someone scream out early hours of the morning "Let me in" There were parties going on till 3am. People singing out loud. I messaged owner about bed, stained and burnt marks in carpets and all the above he did not bother getting back to me.

Lovely house in quiet safe family neighbourhood. 3 separate bedrooms great for families. Easy tram access to centre. Private garden.

Dining chairs are a bit tired (am struggling to find many negatives)
