Value for $$, great for a group. Would stay again

Tolle, gut ausgestattete Wohnung, wunderbar ruhig gelegen.
Schöne, absolut ruhige Lage. Direkt oberhalb liegen ein paar Schreine. Bahn- und Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Angenehmes Ambiente. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.
Nach einem langen Tag kann der Weg vom Bahnhof zur Wohnung lang sein.

京大に近く、安心して受験会場に向かえました。
直前の坂が急勾配になっているのでめちゃくちゃ疲れます。

A quiet haven in our favourite Japanese city near temples and access to hiking trails in North Kyoto
Traditional Japanese house in an interesting part of Kyoto . Well appointed and very peaceful and relaxing.
Not easy to find and distant from public transport - not a problem for 3 out of 4 of us but a walking challenge for the fourth. Not easy to arrange a taxi to collect from near the property and needed to guide the taxi to the property on arrival.
