  Sencillo pero perfecto para la visita de la ciudad

  La ubicación es perfecta, al lado de todo pero en calle tranquila. La chica joven habla perfecto ingles. El personal es muy amable y el desayuno delicioso. Las camas son muy cómodas. Recomendaríamos el alojamiento .

  La cisterna solo funcionaba a veces, y teníamos que abrirla para bajar la bolla y se llenase. Pero tampoco supuso gran problema. Las ventanas no tienen cortinas que cierren por completo, con lo que entra mucha luz para poder dormir (si te molesta). Tuvimos que utilizar antifaz. Añadiría una estantería en el baño para poder apoyar nuestros jabones / cremas o cepillos de dientes . Faltan enchufes, en toda la habitación solo hay uno, y ninguno en el baño. Tuvimos que desenchufar la televisión para poder cargar los teléfonos de las dos personas a la vez

  Удобное расположение (внутри старого города), классная веранда на 2 этаже, хорошие завтраки. На русском говорят не все члены семьи и, пожалуй, это было единственным небольшим неудобством. Всё остальное отлично.

  Расположение в самом сердце Старого города, все достопримечательности рядом. Мы прибыли рано утром, нас не могли заселить сразу, но предложили чай и кофе со всякими сладостями. Уезжали мы тоже рано, хозяйка подала нам полноценный завтрак. Очень приятно такое отношение. Номер маленький, но в нем было все необходимое: фен, холодильник, телевизор. Постели удобные, завтрак отличный, Wi-Fi тоже отличный. Рекомендую всем, кого не смущает небольшой размер комнаты

  AVOID - worst guest house we stayed in during our 10 day Uzbekistan trip, possibly anywhere!!!

  Nothing really, except for the location, which is excellent - but this is the case for dozens of other, much better hotels and guest houses in Khiva.

  I did not like anything except the location, which is not really a big benefit, as any guest house/hotel within the city walls will give you the same experience. Now, let's get straight to what we hated: - unfriendly welcome by the teenage girl apparently running this place (we never saw an adult) - we got scammed on the payment (First, the aforementioned girl added the commission fee from booking.com on top of the total payment which already included said fee; she would not budge on this. Second, the exchange rate used to get from the USD quoted to the Som payed was 12,900 instead of the current 11,900, so a clear scam) - no free water (something available in every other place we stayed in, many cheaper!) - breakfast from 08-09 a.m. only (probably fine for many, but we wanted to explore the old city around sunrise when there are fewer people; still, why so stingy with the timing? Even family owned and operated guest houses usually offer at least 2 hours these days...) - laundry prices are akin to highway robbery (they charge per item and if you were to wash a couple of t-shirts, underpants, socks and a pair of trousers you'd probably pay around 20 USD) - beds are rock-hard, which is to be expected in Uzbekistan, but these were particularly uncomfortable - taxi price to the railway station was quoted as 50,000 Som, whereas Yandex Go will get you there for between 5,000 to 15,000, depending on the time of day. Overall, a miserable place to stay. Do yourself a favour and stay away. We genuinely cannot understand the great reviews from the place, it is designed from the ground up to extract the largest amount of money from you (they do really make you feel like an ATM), whilst sacrificing any of the niceties guest houses in this region usually offer.
